This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules for using BattleDome.ai. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
You may not submit queries or use the Service to generate, distribute, or facilitate:
Illegal content: Content that violates any applicable law, including content related to illegal drugs, weapons manufacturing, human trafficking, or exploitation.
Harmful content: Content that promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or harassment against individuals or groups.
CSAM: Any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors. We have zero tolerance and will report to NCMEC and law enforcement.
Hate speech: Content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
Malware & exploits: Queries designed to generate malicious code, phishing content, or security exploits.
Misinformation: Deliberate use of the Service to generate and distribute false information presented as fact, especially regarding elections, public health, or safety.
Privacy violations: Submitting others' personal information (doxxing), or attempting to extract personal data from AI models.
Spam: Automated mass queries, or using the Service to generate spam content.
Circumvention: Attempting to bypass rate limits, authentication, payment requirements, or any security measures.
Unauthorized access: Accessing other users' accounts, data, or private battles.
Scraping: Using bots, crawlers, or automated tools to extract data from the Service without written permission.
Competitive intelligence: Using the Service systematically to benchmark for the purpose of building a competing product.
Prompt injection: Submitting queries designed to override AI model system prompts or extract internal instructions.
Resource abuse: Submitting excessively long queries or making requests designed to consume disproportionate resources.
API access users must: respect rate limits; include proper authentication; not share API keys; not use the API for prohibited content or activities listed above; not resell API access without written agreement.
If you encounter content or behavior that violates this AUP, please report it to battledomeai@gmail.com. Include the public battle URL or relevant details. We investigate all reports within 48 hours.
First violation (minor): Warning via email.
Second violation or first serious violation: Temporary suspension (7-30 days).
Severe or repeated violations: Permanent account termination.
CSAM or imminent danger: Immediate termination and law enforcement notification.
We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, and take any action necessary to protect our users and the Service.
