By accessing or using BattleDome.ai ("Service"), operated by BattleDome ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BattleDome is an AI model comparison platform that allows users to submit queries to multiple AI models simultaneously, evaluate their responses using proprietary scoring algorithms (ThunderScore, TruthLock), and track performance analytics. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory content; (b) attempt to bypass rate limits, security measures, or access restrictions; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (d) use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without written permission; (e) submit queries designed to extract training data from AI models; (f) impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation; (g) use the Service to develop competing products.
You retain ownership of queries you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display your queries and the resulting AI responses for: (a) providing and improving the Service; (b) generating aggregated, anonymized analytics and benchmarks; (c) research purposes. We will not sell your individual queries to third parties. Public battle pages share your query and AI responses publicly — do not include personal or sensitive information in queries you choose to share.
AI model responses displayed on BattleDome are generated by third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI). We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. AI responses may contain errors, hallucinations, biases, or outdated information. TruthLock verification is an automated assessment and should not be relied upon as a definitive fact-check. You should independently verify any information before acting on it, especially for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
Free tier users are subject to daily usage limits. Paid subscriptions (Pro, Team) provide additional features and higher limits as described on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if you have not exceeded 10 battles on the paid plan. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
The "Bring Your Own Key" feature allows you to provide your own API keys for premium model access. Your API keys are stored locally in your browser and transmitted via HTTPS only for the duration of a single request. We do not store, log, or retain your API keys on our servers. You are responsible for managing your own API key security and usage costs with respective providers.
BattleDome, ThunderScore, TruthLock, BattleRank, and associated logos, designs, and algorithms are the intellectual property of BattleDome You may not use our trademarks without written permission. The Service's UI, code, and design are protected by copyright.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BATTLEDOME INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. The Service relies on third-party AI providers and infrastructure. We are not liable for outages, errors, or changes in third-party AI model behavior.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BattleDome and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your User Content; (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Wilmington, Delaware. Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of account creation by emailing legal@battledome.ai.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
